I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within 14 days of cancellation
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned in a used or damaged state, a partial or no refund may be issued.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
However, I do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made or personalised items once production has started, as these are made specifically for you.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If your product has arrived damaged
I am so sorry it has arrived damaged, for us to provide help please send an email to maaike@theflamingfeather.com with the following details:
Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging (including the shipping label)
We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and find a suitable solution, whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding!
